What is your return policy? ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hermajesty.byqueentt@yahoo.com, and we will address your issue as soon as possible. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues, such as a broken clasp or missing/loose gems.
How do I change or cancel an order? Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
USPS has not delivered my package. When will I receive my order? If your package is delayed or held by USPS, please contact your local post office for further details. Her Majesty is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS.
Do you allow local pickups? Her Majesty does not offer local pickups. All orders must be placed online and shipped directly to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What materials are used in your jewelry? Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and gold-plated designs. Please note that some pieces may contain nickel. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully to ensure they meet your needs.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, Her Majesty ships internationally. Check out our shipping policies page for more information on shipping and tariff costs.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.

My Tracking Has Not Updated Yet, Whats Going On?
When your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. Once scanned in the tracking information will update. This will vary on the post office, and please be mindful that delays can happen. Her Majesty are NOT in control when it comes into scanning the packages.
I Only Received Part Of My Order, What Happened?
If you ordered custom pieces, we “may” try to ship you the item that is completed first. But do not worry at all, your entire order will arrive shortly after. However, if you did not order a custom item, please contact our customer servicehermajesty.byqueentt@yahoo.comwith an image of your order and your order number for further assistance.
When Will I Receive My Custom Pieces?
Customized jewelry currently take 2-6 weeks to create before shipping and delivery as these items are handmade. Our turnaround time is only an estimation and not a guarantee due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
How Long Does Your Shipping Takes?
Most orders are processed within 3-10 business days. This is after a 2 business days processing time. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing times will be extended. (14-21 BUSINESS days during high volume times). Orders will ship AFTER our processing time. Also note, some orders may be PRE-ORDERS, this will be included in the product description.
